Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
The unit used to measure use of the included AI. Each action uses what it really costs, and if the AI fails, nothing is charged. You can always see how many you have left in your account.
Do credits expire?
Your monthly Pro credits are valid that month and the next: whatever you don’t use one month carries over to the following one, like data on a mobile plan. Purchased packs last a year, and the 50 free ones, three months. Credits that expire soonest are always used first, and your account shows how many expire and when.
Can I still use my own AI key?
Yes, on any plan: connect your OpenRouter account and pay for your usage directly there.
Where are my presentations stored?
Wherever you like: in your browser, in your Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive, or in the Revela cloud if you have an account. See the privacy policy.
Is there special pricing for schools?
The Teams plan is already designed with them in mind: Pro for every teacher and every student, shared templates and a Moodle connection. For large schools, write to us from the support page.
How does Revela handle student data?
On behalf of the school, which is the data controller: Revela is the data processor and does not use that data for anything else. You can download the data processing agreement, fill it in and send it back to us signed. More details in the privacy policy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from My account ▸ Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
